Any person may obtain a certified copy of a registered document relating to immovable property. A will's copy is available only to the testator during their lifetime, and to anyone after their death on production of the death certificate. Copies of a registered GPA or documents relating to movables go only to the executant, claimant or their agent or representative.
The department's FAQ lists a Rs.20 stamp paper along with a fee of Rs.200 plus user charges. Fees can change, so confirm the current amount at the SRO.
The department notes that certified copies can now be obtained through MeeSeva kiosks in many districts of Telangana. Ask your nearest centre whether it offers the service for your SRO.
