Can I check an older HMDA LRS application number starting with HMDAL?
Yes. Enter it in the same box. Telangana's LRS-2020 and HMDA's 2015-16 scheme use different portals and different number formats, so Assetly reads the format and checks the right one. For an HMDAL number you get the decision - approved, rejected, pending or inactive - and a link to the digitally signed proceeding on the HMDA portal.
What is the difference between LRS-2020 and the HMDA 2015-16 LRS?
They are separate regularisation rounds with separate records. LRS-2020 numbers look like M/MIRY/000013/2020 and are handled by the Telangana LRS citizen portal. The earlier HMDA round used numbers like HMDAL093002 on HMDA's own portal. An application in one scheme says nothing about the other, so check the number you actually hold.
Can I find an LRS application without the application number?
Yes. Select the municipality, enter at least three characters of the applicant name, and optionally add the survey number. After signing in, Assetly shows possible matches so you can choose one for live verification.
How current is the LRS status shown?
Assetly shows the latest available information immediately while checking the Telangana LRS citizen portal. When the portal responds, the result refreshes in place. If the portal is temporarily unavailable, the available information remains visible with its update time.
Does an LRS status prove that a plot or layout is approved?
No. This tool reports the application stage and fee status returned by the source. It is not a title certificate, layout approval, registration clearance, or legal opinion.
