Mutation and revenue records
Does your property still show the previous owner?
Add the property, compare the registered deed with the current revenue or municipal record, and see whether mutation, succession or a correction is the next step. If work is needed, Assetly can coordinate the request and follow-up.

First step
Check deed against current records
Mutation is a record update, not a shortcut to title
Mutation updates the relevant revenue, pattadar, khata or municipal record after a valid ownership event. The correct route depends on the property category, the document that caused the transfer and the authority holding the record. Assetly begins by checking those facts instead of treating every name mismatch as the same application.
1. Add the property
Record the category, location, identifiers and the way ownership changed.
2. Compare evidence
Check the deed, death or family papers, EC, revenue record and tax record for mismatches.
3. Choose the route
Proceed with mutation, succession, correction or document retrieval based on the evidence.
What Assetly will verify before taking the case
- • A registered deed, succession event or other valid basis must exist before a record can be updated.
- • Agricultural revenue mutation, municipal name transfer and registration are different workflows.
- • Government processing, notices, objections, field verification and approval remain with the relevant authority.
- • Assetly does not promise approval or treat a portal entry as conclusive proof of title.
